Capt. Jay White is a life-long fisherman, who is an expert in inshore and offshore saltwater fishing. Jay has nearly 20 years of experience operating all types of fishing boats, from head and charter boats, to inshore guide boats.

He has developed a reputation with customers for catching all kinds of fish and for ensuring a fun, safe fishing trip.

Jay takes meticulous care of the Fish Finder, a fast, comfortable 26' center-console specialty fishing boat, with advanced fish finding and navigation electronics, and a restroom aboard.

Jay specializes in near-shore ocean and inlet fishing- taking customers out up to 5 miles offshore to fish local reefs or in the calm sheltered waters of Murrells Inlet. He targets mackerel, sharks, black sea bass, spadefish, redfish, flounder, and bluefish, among others.

Upon special request, Jay can use his extensive offshore fishing knowledge to target bottom dwellers like snapper and grouper or top water game fish like mackerel, dolphin, barracuda, and wahoo, among others.
